The Migration and Settlement booklet was a zine-style illustrated evaluation developed from images created by diverse communities of refugees, working with visual artists, performers, and researchers in applied linguistics and applied theatre.
Migration and Settlement: Extending the Welcome was a co-produced multi-method research and practice initiative which aimed to consider how arts-based practice and language education can combine within multicultural and multilingual environments. The project worked through themes of settlement, and the remaking of home and belonging, incorporating a range of artistic practices.
